MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

At Iremitide, we take pride in offering made-to-order fashion pieces that are tailored to your unique preferences. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please review our Made-to-Order Policy below:  

1. Customization and Design

Each made-to-order piece is created based on your selected design from your collection,  your provided measurements, and custom details.  

• Customers are encouraged to provide accurate measurements, or size using our size chart as a guide, and clear preferences which are only limited to preferred length of the dress, and preferred length of sleeve where applicable, all these information will be provided during the order process.

2. Payment Terms

• A full payment is required to confirm your order. 

3. Lead Time

• Production timelines typically range from 5 to 7 working days depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability.
• An estimated delivery or completion date will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
• Expedited orders may be accommodated at an additional cost but are subject to availability.  

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Once your piece is complete, you will be notified for delivery or pick-up arrangements.
• Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

• Returns/Exchanges: Made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are custom-created for you using your provided measurement, and preferences.

6. Quality Assurance and Defects

• We inspect all pieces to ensure quality before delivery. 
• If a product has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 2 days of receipt with photos and descriptions. We will amend, replace, or offer a credit at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

• Designs created by Iremitide remain our intellectual property.
• Reproducing or distributing our designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Communication and Updates

• We will provide updates at key stages of the production process. Ensure your contact details are accurate to receive timely notifications. 

9. Agreement

• By placing a made-to-order request, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
